Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all FARM Rio tags remain attached to the garments.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
